Q. As a job seeker, is there a cost for Joulé to find me a job?
A. There are no costs to a job seeker for using Joulé’s services. Joulé works for our clients and they pay us to locate top talent and manage the hiring process.
Q. What type of assignments can I expect with Joulé?
A. Joulé staffs several different type of assignments based on our client’s requirements. These assignments may be
contract,
contract-to-hire or
direct hire opportunities:
- A contract position is typically a limited duration opportunity, often based around a project, which may range from several weeks to several months or even longer. The individual works as an employee of Joulé.
- A contract-to-hire position is normally an opportunity which may lead to full time employment with the client. The individual works as an employee of Joulé until such time they are selected to be hired for full time employment and they become an employee of the client.
- A direct hire opportunity is a full time position with one of our clients. The individual is recruited by Joulé but works as an employee of the client.
Q. What kind of benefits does Joulé provide its consultants?
A. Joulé offers our consultants a competitive benefits package with healthcare insurance including vision and dental, 401(k) plan, life insurance and flexible spending accounts. As a Joulé employee, you are entitled to participate in any and all offerings for which you meet the eligibility requirements. Upon hiring, you will receive a detailed package outlining the benefits available to you.
Q. How often does Joulé pay its consultants?
A. In most cases, Joulé’s consultants are paid on a weekly basis based on the number of hours worked and the position’s pay rate.
